Wanted Offender arrested for Burglary Offences

Wanted Offender arrested for Burglary Offences

Dear Thamesfield residents,

On the 30th September whilst on patrol, officers from Putney Safer Neighbourhoods Team have been waved down by a member of the public who had concerns about a male lying down on a pavement. Officers have proceeded to go over to the male to establish his welfare and to ask if he needed support, to which one of the officers recognised the male and confirmed it to be a wanted offender.

Officers from SNT have arrested the male for burglary offences, that same male has been linked to sightings and reports created by Putney residents regarding our suspicious circumstances post that was sent on the 18th September 2026.

We would like to thank everyone that has sent us information via Met Engage, online/phone reports and to our ward E-Mail inboxes, the information we gathered from those messages has helped us track down that male and bring him to justice.

If you would like to report a crime call 101, in an emergency always call 999. If you would like to report online, click on this link: https://www.met.police.uk/ro/report

Kind regards,

Thamesfield Safer Neighbourhoods Team
